Lumie Bodyclock Shine 300
The specialist's choice — the wake-up light pioneer, with sleep and wake sounds and a fade-to-sleep sunset
Key characteristics
Highlights
- ✓ 15–90 min adjustable sunrise and sunset
- ✓ Wake and sleep sounds including birdsong and white noise
- ✓ Made by the original wake-up light brand
- ✓ Tap-control snooze and dimmable low-light setting
Our take
Lumie invented the wake-up light and the Bodyclock Shine 300 shows the pedigree: the sunrise and sunset are smooth and adjustable, the wake and sleep sounds are soothing, and it's a doddle to use. It doesn't have the Somneo's guided-breathing wind-down, but as a pure, well-made wake-up light it's superb.
