Our take

For most households the Terra is the sensible choice: it's affordable, the quick-connect cylinder is far less fiddly than screw-in, and SodaStream's cylinder-swap network is everywhere in Europe. It's plastic and unremarkable to look at, but it does the one job reliably and cheaply.
